Medical coordinator : Prof. Bruno Aouizerate

Prof. Bruno Aouizerate is psychiatrist and head of the regional reference center for the management and treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders. He is member of the national network known as “expert centers for resistant depression” within the FondaMental Foundation. He belongs to the research team "Energy Balance and Obesity" (MNC), that studies the role of the endocannabinoid system in pathologicalconditions. He has developed and validated of the use of a new computer-generated tool for the quantitative, implicit and objective measurement of motivational states in humans. He contributed to better characterizing the cognitive processes in OCD and developed deep brain stimulation in France for treating OCD.
